حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُبَارَكُ، حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُزَنِيُّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الْمُوجِبَتَانِ: مَنْ لَقِيَ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَلَا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا، دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ، وَمَنْ لَقِيَ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَهُوَ يُشْرِكٌ، دَخَلَ النَّارَ " (٢)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "There are two things that make it obligatory: Whoever meets Allah in such a state that he does not associate anything with Him, he will enter Paradise; and whoever meets Allah in such a state that he associates something with Him, he will enter Hell."
