حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يُقِيمُ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ، ثُمَّ يُخَالِفُهُ إِلَى مَقْعَدِهِ، فَيَقْعُدُ فِيهِ، وَلَكِنْ لِيَقُولَنَّ: تَفَسَّحُوا " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: None of you should make his brother get up from his place on Friday and sit there himself; rather, he should encourage him to make space.
