حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَهُوَ أَبُو إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْمُعَقِّبُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " السَّائِبَةُ، وقَالَ خَلَفُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ: " السَّائِمَةُ - جُبَارٌ، وَالْجُبُّ جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ "، قَالَ: قَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ: " الرِّكَازُ: الْكَنْزُ الْعَادِي " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: The animal killed by a grazing animal or an animal left in the name of idols is wasted; the blood of one who dies in a well is wasted; the blood of one who dies in a mine is wasted; and one-fifth of the treasure found in the earth belongs to the public treasury (Bayt al-Mal).
