Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: " كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَغْرِبَ، ثُمَّ نَرْجِعُ إِلَى بَنِي سَلِمَةَ، فَنَرَى مَوَاقِعَ النَّبْلِ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that we used to perform the Maghrib prayer with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and then return to Banu Salamah, and the place where the arrows fell would still be visible to us.
