Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) passed by a man who was rolling on his back and stomach. The Prophet (ﷺ) inquired about him, so the people informed him that he was fasting. The Prophet (ﷺ) called him and ordered him to break his fast and said: "Is it not sufficient for you that you have set out in the way of Allah and are with the Messenger of Allah, and yet you are still fasting?"
