Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: When the strap of the shoe of any one of you breaks, he should not walk wearing only one shoe until he fixes the other, and he should not walk wearing only one sock. He should not eat with his left hand, should not wrap his body in a single garment, nor sit with only one leg drawn up.
