حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، ح وَرَوْحٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ: سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ، يَقُولُ: كَتَبَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " عَلَى كُلِّ بَطْنٍ عُقُولَهُ "، ثُمَّ إِنَّهُ كَتَبَ: " أَنَّهُ لَا يَحِلُّ أَنْ يُتَوَالَى مَوْلَى رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِ "، قَالَ رَوْحٌ: " يُتَوَلَّى " (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) made it obligatory for every branch of a tribe to pay a share of the blood money, and he also wrote that it is not permissible for anyone to make a contract of alliance with the slave of a Muslim man without his permission.
