حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ الصَّوَّافِ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " يَا مَعْشَرَ الْأَنْصَارِ، أَمْسِكُوا عَلَيْكُمْ أَمْوَالَكُمْ، وَلَا تُعْمِرُوهَا، فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ (١) أَعْمَرَ شَيْئًا (٢) ، فَهُوَ لَمن أُعْمِرَهُ حَيَاتَهُ (٣) وَمَوْتَهُ " (٤)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Keep your wealth with yourself, do not give it to anyone, and whoever gives something to someone for a lifetime, then it becomes his, whether he (the giver) remains alive or dies, or it passes to his children.
