حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَتِيقٍ مَكِّيٍّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ، وَوَضَعَ الْجَوَائِحَ " (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade the sale of fruits on contract for several years and from causing harm to the buyer.
