حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ، ، بِشُفْعَةِ جَارِهِ، يَنْتَظِرُ بِهَا، وَإِنْ كَانَ غَائِبًا، إِذَا كَانَ طَرِيقُهُمَا وَاحِدًا " (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "A neighbor has more right to pre-emption over the house of his neighbor. If he is absent, he should be waited for, as long as their path is one."
