حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءٌ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ، ، فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ، أَوْ عَجَزَ عَنْهَا، فَلْيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ، وَلَا يُؤَاجِرْهَا (١) " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever has land should cultivate it himself, and if he cannot do so or is unable, then he should give it as a gift to his brother, but he should not rent it out."
