حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، أَوْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ: (٢) " أَنَا أَشُكُّ " أَخْبَرَهُ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ الضَّبُعِ، فَقَالَ: " حَلَالٌ "، فَقُلْتُ: عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ (٣)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
Abdur Rahman says that I asked Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) about the badger, and he declared it lawful. I asked him, "Is this not on the authority of the Prophet (ﷺ)?" He replied, "Yes!"
