Translation

English translation

Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I asked Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) about the nabidh (fermented drink) of a pitcher, so he replied that I have not heard anything about it from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). According to the narrator, Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) used to dislike it.
