حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، وَحَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ: {إِنَّا فَتَحْنَا لَكَ فَتْحًا مُبِينًا} [الفتح: ١] ، قَالَ: " الْحُدَيْبِيَةُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (ﷺ) was returning from Hudaybiyyah, this verse was revealed to him: "Indeed, We have given you a clear victory."
