حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ الْمُخْتَارِ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ رَآنِي فِي الْمَنَامِ فَقَدْ رَآنِي، فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لَا يَتَمَثَّلُ بِي، وَرُؤْيَا الْمُؤْمِنِ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ " (١) ، قَالَ عَفَّانُ: فَسَأَلْتُ حَمَّادًا، فَحَدَّثَنِي بِهِ، وَذَهَبَ فِي جُذَاذِهِ (٢)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Whoever sees me in a dream should know that he has indeed seen me, for Satan cannot assume my likeness, and a Muslim's dream is one forty-sixth part of prophethood.
