حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ حُمَيْدًا، قَالَ: سُئِلَ أَنَسٌ، عَنْ الْحِجَامَةِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ، فَقَالَ: " احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ وَجَعٍ كَانَ بِهِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
Humaid (may Allah have mercy on him) says that someone asked Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) about cupping while in the state of Ihram, so he replied that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had cupping done due to some ailment.
