حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ: " اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ لَا يَنْفَعُ، وَعَمَلٍ لَا يُرْفَعُ، وَقَلْبٍ لَا يَخْشَعُ، وَقَوْلٍ لَا يُسْمَعُ " (٤)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to supplicate: O Allah! I seek refuge in You from a word that is not heard, a deed that is not elevated, a heart devoid of humility, and knowledge that is of no benefit.
