Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ: " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ فِي سَفَرٍ، فَأُتِيَ، ، بِإِنَاءٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ، فَشَرِبَ فِي رَمَضَانَ، وَالنَّاسُ يَنْظُرُونَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once during the month of Ramadan, the Prophet (ﷺ) was on a journey. A vessel was brought before the Prophet (ﷺ), and he drank from it while the people were watching.
