Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَبْرٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا يَقُولُ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " آيَةُ النِّفَاقِ بُغْضُ الْأَنْصَارِ، وَآيَةُ الْإِيمَانِ حُبُّ الْأَنْصَارِ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: The sign of hypocrisy is to have enmity towards the Ansar, and the sign of faith is to love the Ansar.
