حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ، قَالَ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ: وَحَدَّثَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، أَنَّ حَفْصَ بْنَ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ (١) بْنِ أَنَسٍ، حَدَّثَهُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِصَلَاةِ الْمُنَافِقِ: يَدَعُ الْعَصْرَ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَتْ بَيْنَ قَرْنَيِ الشَّيْطَانِ - أَوْ عَلَى قَرْنَيِ الشَّيْطَانِ - قَامَ فَنَقَرَهَا نَقَرَاتِ الدِّيكِ، لَا يَذْكُرُ اللهَ فِيهَا إِلَّا قَلِيلًا " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Shall I not tell you about the prayer of a hypocrite? The hypocrite delays the Asr prayer until, when the sun is between the two horns of Satan, he stands to pray and pecks four times, remembering Allah very little in it.
