Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (ﷺ) arrived in Madinah Munawwarah, I was ten years old, and when he departed from this world, I was twenty years old. My mother used to encourage me to serve the Prophet (ﷺ). Once, the Prophet (ﷺ) came to our house. We milked a pet goat and mixed its milk with water drawn from the well of the house, and presented it to the Prophet (ﷺ). On the right side of the Prophet (ﷺ) was a Bedouin, and on the left side was Siddiq Akbar (may Allah be pleased with him). When the Prophet (ﷺ) had drunk from it, Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) requested that it be given to Abu Bakr, but the Prophet (ﷺ) gave the vessel of milk to the Bedouin and said, "First to the one on the right, then to the next."
