حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا (٣) أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّهُ أُهْدِيَ لِنَبِيِّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جُبَّةٌ مِنْ سُنْدُسٍ، وَكَانَ يَنْهَى عَنِ الْحَرِيرِ، فَعَجِبَ النَّاسُ مِنْهَا فَقَالَ: " وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ، إِنَّ مَنَادِيلَ سَعْدِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ، ، أَحْسَنُ مِنْ هَذَا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that Ukaydir of Duma sent a garment as a gift to the Prophet (ﷺ). People began to marvel at its beauty. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The handkerchiefs of Sa'd, which have been given to him in Paradise, are better and more excellent than this."
