Musnad Ahmad Hadith 13371

It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once a man presented himself in the court of the Messenger and asked, "O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)! When will the Hour (Day of Judgment) be established?" The Prophet (ﷺ) replied, "What preparation have you made for the Hour?" He said, "Nothing except that I love Allah and His Messenger (ﷺ)." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "You will be with those whom you love." Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) says that after embracing Islam, I never saw the companions (may Allah be pleased with them) as happy about anything as they were about this. We love the Prophet (ﷺ) and Abu Bakr and Umar (may Allah be pleased with them), even though we do not have the strength to perform deeds like theirs. When we are with them, that will be enough for us.
