حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَدِمَ أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، عَلَى الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، فَسَأَلَهُ: مَاذَا سَمِعْتَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَذْكُرُ بِهِ السَّاعَةَ؟ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ، ، رَسُولَ اللهِ يَقُولُ: " أَنْتُمْ وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ (١) " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
Once, Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) went to Walid bin Abdul Malik. He asked him, "What have you heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say about the Day of Judgment?" He replied, "I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say: 'You and the Day of Judgment are like these two fingers.'"
