حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مِسْعَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِنَّ لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ دَعْوَةً دَعَا بِهَا لِأُمَّتِهِ، وَإِنِّي اخْتَبَأْتُ دَعْوَتِي شَفَاعَةً لِأُمَّتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Every prophet had a supplication which he certainly made and it was accepted, whereas I have reserved my supplication for interceding for my Ummah on the Day of Resurrection.
