Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) never applied dye. There were a few white hairs in the front part of his beard, above the chin, on his head, and at his temples, which were not very noticeable. However, Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) used to apply henna dye.
