حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ (٢) الْمُزَنِيَّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ، قَالَ: وَلَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: " مَا رُفِعَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمْرٌ فِيهِ الْقِصَاصُ، إِلَّا أَمَرَ فِيهِ بِالْعَفْوِ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that whenever a case of retribution (qisas) was presented before the Prophet (ﷺ), he (peace be upon him) always encouraged forgiveness in it.
