حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ سَلْمٍ الْعَلَوِيِّ،، ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: " كَانَ الْقَرْعُ مِنْ أَحَبِّ الطَّعَامِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَوْ كَانَ الْقَرْعُ يُعْجِبُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "، - شَكَّ يَزِيدُ - " فَأُتِيَ بِقَصْعَةٍ فِيهَا قَرْعٌ، فَرَأَيْتُهُ يُدْخِلُ أُصْبُعَيْهِ فِي الْمَرَقِ يَتَتَبَّعُ بِهِمَا الْقَرْعَ السَّبَّابَةَ وَالْوُسْطَى، فَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا، ثُمَّ ضَمَّهُمَا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I brought some gourd in a bowl to the service of the Prophet (ﷺ). The Prophet (ﷺ) was very fond of gourd, so he began to search for it with his fingers.
