Musnad Ahmad Hadith 13032

It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said while taking the pledge from women that they will not wail (lament), upon which the women said, O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)! In the time of ignorance, some women had condoled with us, can we condole with them in Islam? The Prophet (ﷺ) said, there is no status for this in Islam. Also, in Islam, there is no status for exchange marriages (watay satay) in which no dowry (mahr) is fixed. In Islam, there is no status for mentioning the names of imaginary beloveds and giving similes in poetry. In Islam, there is no status for becoming an ally of any tribe. It is also not correct for the collector of zakat to select the best wealth or for people to adopt tricks to avoid zakat, and whoever commits looting is not from among us.
