Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the day of the conquest of Makkah, when the Prophet (ﷺ) entered Makkah, he was wearing a helmet. Someone came and informed that Ibn Akhtal is clinging to the curtains of the Ka'bah. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Even then, kill him." Umm Malik (may Allah have mercy on her) says that on that day the Prophet (ﷺ) was not in the state of Ihram.
