حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: " أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلَاةُ وَرَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَجِيٌّ لِرَجُلٍ حَتَّى نَعَسَ - أَوْ كَادَ يَنْعَسُ بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ - " (١)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the time for prayer arrived, the Prophet (ﷺ) was conversing privately with a man in the mosque. When the Prophet (ﷺ) stood up for prayer, the people had already fallen asleep.
