حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبَّادٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا طَلْحَةَ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: عَنْ أَيْتَامٍ فِي حِجْرِهِ وَرِثُوا خَمْرًا، أَيَجْعَلُهَا (٣) خَلًّا؟ " فَكَرِهَ ذَلِكَ " وَقَالَ وَكِيعٌ مَرَّةً: أَفَلَا أَجْعَلُهَا (٤) (٥)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that Abu Talha (may Allah be pleased with him) asked the Prophet (ﷺ) if, when orphaned children inherit wine, can it be turned into vinegar? The Prophet (ﷺ) expressed dislike for this.
