Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَتَى عَلَى صِبْيَانٍ وَهُمْ يَلْعَبُونَ، فَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِمْ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
Yasar says that I was walking with Thabit Banani, and on the way he passed by some children, he greeted them with salam and said: It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) passed by some children who were playing, and the Prophet (ﷺ) greeted them with salam.
