حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلْمٌ الْعَلَوِيُّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: " قُدِّمَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَصْعَةٌ فِيهَا قَرْعٌ "، قَالَ: " وَكَانَ يُعْجِبُهُ الْقَرْعُ "، قَالَ: " فَجَعَلَ يَلْتَمِسُ الْقَرْعَ بِأُصْبُعِهِ - أَوْ قَالَ بِأَصَابِعِهِ - " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I brought some gourd in a bowl to the service of the Prophet (ﷺ). The Prophet (ﷺ) was very fond of gourd, so he began to search for it with his fingers.
