Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I went with the Prophet (ﷺ) to visit Zaid bin Arqam, whose eyesight had gone. The Prophet (ﷺ) said to him, "Zaid! Tell me, if your eyes are taken away from you from where they were given, what will you do?" He replied, "I will be patient and hope for reward." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If your eyesight is taken away and you are patient over it and hope for reward, then you will meet Allah in such a state that there will be no sin upon you."
