حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَا سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ مُسْلِمٌ اللهَ الْجَنَّةَ ثَلَاثًا، إِلَّا قَالَتِ الْجَنَّةُ: اللهُمَّ أَدْخِلْهُ الْجَنَّةَ. وَلَا اسْتَجَارَ مِنَ النَّارِ مُسْتَجِيرٌ (١) ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ، إِلَّا قَالَتِ النَّارُ: اللهُمَّ أَجِرْهُ مِنَ النَّارِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever asks for Paradise three times, Paradise itself says, "O Allah! Admit this servant into me." And whoever seeks refuge from Hell three times, Hell itself says, "O Allah! Save this servant from me."
