Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: " رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَتَّبِعُهُ مِنَ الصَّحْفَةِ، فَلَا أَزَالُ أُحِبُّهُ أَبَدًا " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) searching for pieces of gourd in a vessel, so from that time I began to like it.
