حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ عَزْرَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ ثُمَامَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ،، ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا شَرِبَ تَنَفَّسَ مَرَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا "، وَكَانَ أَنَسٌ يَتَنَفَّسُ ثَلَاثًا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to drink water in three breaths, and Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) himself would also take three breaths.
