حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، كَانَ إِذَا دَعَا جَعَلَ ظَاهِرَ كَفَّيْهِ مِمَّا يَلِي وَجْهَهُ، وَبَاطِنَهُمَا، مِمَّا يَلِي الْأَرْضَ " (١)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (ﷺ) would supplicate, he would turn the upper part of his palms towards his face and the lower part towards the ground.
