حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: لَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ، هَبَطَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَصْحَابِهِ ثَمَانُونَ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ، فِي السِّلَاحِ، مِنْ قِبَلِ جَبَلِ التَّنْعِيمِ، " فَدَعَا عَلَيْهِمْ، فَأُخِذُوا، وَنَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ ": {وَهُوَ الَّذِي كَفَّ أَيْدِيَهُمْ عَنْكُمْ وَأَيْدِيَكُمْ عَنْهُمْ بِبَطْنِ مَكَّةَ مِنْ بَعْدِ أَنْ، ، أَظْفَرَكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ} [الفتح: ٢٤] قَالَ: يَعْنِي جَبَلَ التَّنْعِيمِ مِنْ مَكَّةَ (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the day of the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah, eighty armed men from the direction of Mount Tan'eem advanced towards the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his companions (may Allah be pleased with them). The Prophet (peace be upon him) supplicated against them and they were captured. On this occasion, this verse was revealed: "And He it is Who withheld their hands from you", and in this, "the valley of Makkah" refers to Mount Tan'eem.
