حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً لَقِيَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي طَرِيقٍ مِنْ، ، طُرُقِ الْمَدِينَةِ، فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ لِي إِلَيْكَ حَاجَةً قَالَ: " يَا أُمَّ فُلَانٍ، اجْلِسِي فِي أَيِّ نَوَاحِي السِّكَكِ شِئْتِ، أَجْلِسْ إِلَيْكِ " قَالَ: فَقَعَدَتْ، فَقَعَدَ إِلَيْهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى قَضَتْ حَاجَتَهَا (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that on one of the streets of Madinah Munawwarah, a woman met the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)! I have a task with you." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Sit in whichever alley you wish, I will sit with you." So she sat at a place and the Prophet (ﷺ) also sat with her and fulfilled her need.
