حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِخَيْبَرَ، فَقَالَ: أَكَلْتُ، ، الْحُمُرَ مَرَّتَيْنِ، قَالَ: ثُمَّ جَاءَ فَقَالَ: أَفْنَيْتُ الْحُمُرَ قَالَ: " فَنَادَى إِنَّ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ يَنْهَيَانِكُمْ عَنْ لُحُومِ (١) الْحُمُرِ، فَإِنَّهَا رِجْسٌ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the Prophet (ﷺ) at Khaybar and said twice that the meat of donkeys is being eaten. Then he came again and said that the donkeys have finished. Upon this, the Prophet (ﷺ) made an announcement that Allah and His Messenger forbid you from the meat of donkeys because their meat is impure.
