Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to frequently supplicate: "O Turner of the hearts, keep my heart firm upon Your religion." Once we said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)! We have believed in you and in what you have brought; do you fear anything concerning us?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Yes! For the hearts are between two of the fingers of Allah, He turns them as He wills."
