Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا تَبَرَّزَ لِحَاجَتِهِ،، ، أَتَيْتُهُ بِمَاءٍ فَيَغْسِلُ بِهِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (ﷺ) would go to relieve himself, I would present water and the Prophet (ﷺ) would perform istinja (cleaning) with it.
