Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " خَيْرُ مَا تَدَاوَيْتُمْ بِهِ الْحِجَامَةُ، وَالْقُسْطُ الْبَحْرِيُّ، وَلَا تُعَذِّبُوا صِبْيَانَكُمْ بِالْغَمْزِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: The best treatment is cupping and the use of Indian costus, and do not cause pain to your children by putting fingers in their throats.
