حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ (١) ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: " أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلَاةُ وَرَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَجِيٌّ لِرَجُلٍ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، فَمَا قَامَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَتَّى نَامَ (٢) الْقَوْمُ (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the time for prayer arrived, the Prophet (ﷺ) was conversing in private with a man in the mosque. When the Prophet (ﷺ) stood up for prayer, the people had fallen asleep.
