English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade two types of clothing and two types of trade. The details of the clothing are as follows: one is to wrap oneself in a single cloth in such a way that one corner of the cloth is placed on the left shoulder and the other corner is used as a lower garment; and the second is to sit with the cloth gathered in such a way that one's private parts become exposed. The two types of trade refer to Munabadhah and Mulamasah. Munabadhah is when a person says, "When I throw this cloth, the sale will be concluded," and Mulamasah is when a person touches it with his hand but does not wear it or turn it over to inspect it, and as soon as he touches it, the sale is concluded.
