حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ صَالِحٍ، وَحَدَّثَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ قَالَ: " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمُلَامَسَةِ، وَالْمُلَامَسَةُ: لَمْسُ الثَّوْبِ لَا يُنْظَرُ إِلَيْهِ، وَعَنِ الْمُنَابَذَةِ وَالْمُنَابَذَةُ: طَرْحُ الرَّجُلِ ثَوْبَهُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقَلِّبَهُ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
(Marfu‘ hadith) Ya‘qub narrated to us, he said: My father narrated to us, from Salih, and Ibn Shihab also narrated, from ‘Amir ibn Sa‘d, who informed him, that Abu Sa‘id al-Khudri said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade mulamasah, and mulamasah is touching the garment without looking at it, and he forbade munabadah, and munabadah is when a man throws his garment to another man before he examines it."
