Musnad Ahmad Hadith 11871

It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), my brother has diarrhea." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Go and give him honey to drink." He went and then came back and said, "I have given him honey to drink, but his illness has increased." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Go and give him honey to drink." He went and then came back and said, "I have given him honey to drink, but his illness has increased." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Go and give him honey to drink." He went and then came back and said, "I have given him honey to drink, but his illness has increased." For the fourth time, the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Go and give him honey to drink." This time, he was cured. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah has spoken the truth, your brother's stomach has lied."
