حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي صَعْصَعَةَ، وَهُمَا رَجُلَانِ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ مِنْ بَنِي مَازِنِ بْنِ النَّجَّارِ، وَكَانَا ثِقَةً، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ أَبِي حَسَنٍ، وَعَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ، وَهُمَا مِنْ رَهْطِهِمَا وَكَانَا ثِقَةً، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ مِنَ الْوَرِقِ صَدَقَةٌ، وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسٍ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ صَدَقَةٌ، وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوْسُقٍ مِنَ التَّمْرِ صَدَقَةٌ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: There is no zakat on silver less than five uqiyah, no zakat on camels less than five, and no zakat on dates less than five wasq.
